NEED ANSER!!! OUTLN Problem

A DBA deleted the OUTLN user and cascaded the delete, therefore dropping all objects owned by the user. I am not sure about the schema or the purpose of it. But, what does it do? And, how can we get it back? ~[ cid ]~

On my machine, the script you are looking for appears to be C0800050.sql.
