Need an index of Notes Documents with page numbers

I have a client, who uses a Notes Document Library. There are people who want hardcopies of selected docs with an index that has corresponding page numbers. Any suggestions?<br>

Maybe it could be done with LotusScript. Can't see an out-of-the-box-solution, sorry.<br>
