This position is a 3 month plus contract position in Des Moines, IA.

Have high level PC Support skills (application install & configuration, application troubleshooting, etc.). Skilled at creating documentation for applications - install and configuration. Have experience with application packaging and distribution with Microsoft's SMS product. Must have knowledge of Netbackup and BlackBerry device setup and operation would also be useful skills.
