Need an alternative for Norstar PC console 2

Hello,

I have a customer who has an old copy of Norstar PC console installed and working on their system. They wanted to add another PC to the mix, but don't have their software anymore. Nortel doesn't offer this product anymore, does anyone know of a different vendor who offers a similiar product?

I dont have any experience with these products. Does anyone have comments / experience with convertec software regarding its integration with Norstar?
