Need alerts

We have a Merlin Magix 3 with messaging. Is there any way that the system can either call out or email out when an event occurs? We are having a problem and I do not yet know if it is a carrier problem or a hardware problem. The messaging system stops working. It appears to be starting on our AT&T T-1 line. I am waiting to hear from them if there were any events when I show a problem. In the meantime is there any way that the system can send an alert somewhere til the problem is fixed? TIA for any help. PS. I am concerned about the weekend calls.

check out the monitor magix suite from interactive northwest. you will also need a socket magix for each switch that you wnat to monitor. this solution works great and will email you any new alerts
