My company is interested in making product manuals. We bought the latest version of indesign. We will have 3 people working on this manual at a time. I've been doing some research and it looks like the best way to do this is each of us work on a seperate page of the manual, then put all the files into a book file when we are done??? Any help would be appreciated or tips for that matter....

thanks,

Adam

You are on the right track unless you want to look at using InCopy.

Be certain that everyone is using the same styles. You can do this by creating a master document template with all of your styles defined. Then, when everyone is working on their own documents, they can load the styles from the master document in the Character and Paragraph styles palettes.
