Hi, I would like some advices on the loading process of my first flash website.

The problem I have is that when you click on a section, it will load a new SWF and it might take a little time so I would like to have a loading sign or something, but I have no idea how to do that? I was thinking about showing a loading sign like on press of the section, but wasn't too succesfull with that.

Take a look at :
If you have any ideas on how I can add a loading bar when clicking a section or general comments about my website, it will be very appreciated :)

Every swf movie you load should have a preloader which will show how many bytes have been loaded out of total bytes in your movie. There are a lot of tutorials on how to build a preloader. I like this one: Not too complicated and well written. Hope it helps.

On the other hand you might want to use one single generic preloader within your main interface movie, called upon each time you want to load an external movie...

You'll find such a preloader's .fla in this thread on actionscript.org, attached (for download...) in one of my posts...
