Need advice should i quit now??

I guys, need some advice.

I want to grow in my network management skills , but I have a problem, the company that I work for is over a lot of changes. I was in managing (4 Domains and 1 DC winNT4 and W2k Server, 260 Users) , but to make a long story short I am working as DBA, I’m not cut for that but like I know I little of oracle and they want me starting with SQL server ASAP but I don’t think im that good on them (probably I will quit pretty soon, but I need the money)but I haven’t had the chance to work with other CRUCIAL technology like wan’s, proxys vpn’s, cisco tech, etc, and I am afraid that what I mention before wont land me a good job, I also have a BS in CS but it seems it isn't enough.
And let me tell you something, I have learned a lot from you guys in this forum!!
Should I continue reading and go from there??(in the mean time)
And if so, where do you guys think I should start,

Pardon if don’t explain that good but I wanted do keep it as short as posible lol

1. Keep your job until you have a definite new position.
2. Go back to school, either an advanced degree or more classes. I took technical writing classes and landed a good, if sometimes boring, technical writing (mostly procedures) position. Three companies do what I say.
3. Always, get more education...training...experience.

If you have a family, remember you are doing this for them!!!

Thank you tbushmaker, im keeping my job, but it's getting kind of miserable here, im thinking of getting my MS degree, what do you think??? should i invest a little more time and money???? do you think i could have a REAL hedge?
