Need advice on dial in solution

We have 4 remote offices that are 100% dependant on Citrix Metaframe. We have had some ISP service issues.

We are looking to have a back up dial in modem pool.

Can anyone recommend and hardware/software that they are using to achieve the same?

I don't use one myself, but I would recommend that you find a digitally attached dial-in solution. Something in the Lucent Pipeline or Cisco AS53xx series would work nicely. If you don't get a digitally attached solution, then you will never get speeds higher than 33.6K.
