Have installed EZwatchIP cameras. Have static IP through EZwatch IP server. Have port forwarded selected ports on wireless DI524. Cant get explorer to connect. Wireless modem is speedstream 5200 and ISP is windstream. Windstream says to bridge speedstream modem and set pppoe on DI524. No gots. Ezwatch techs clueless. Have opened modem settings but still cant get connection. Note, EZWATCH software monitors ip address every 30 min then reports back to ez watch server if dynamic has changed. If so, those logging in to view cameras will be redirected to new IP. To view cameras over web, looks something like this smithlakehome@ezwatchip.com. If there is a tech out there that can advise on how to remedy, I would be most appreciative.
