Need Advice of oracle gurus 1

Hi people/ oracle gurus out there

I am one of mcse, network +, cne certified persons.

now aheading for oracle dba and developer both. the prob is that i have to do both dba and developer in one month as i am getting an opportunity for a great job.

So i want all the help you people can do me. i want to know the where i can have the stuff to prepare for the exam and where i get questions. and any tip for the exams.
