Why o why usb 1.1

hi all, is that everyone is using usb 1.1 on the 2650 and no one has fitted a usb 2 pci card to the riser card... please help as i want to add 3 usb drives.

I'm having the same problem.

We're trying to install a usb 2.0 card into a Dell PE2650. We've upgraded the bios to A21. We are trying two cards, one at a time, in all three slots, and no matter what, we get an amber lcd message saying E0212 Volt 3.3. These cards both have two notches in them, which means they can run at either 5 volts or 3.3 volts. What is going wrong?

thanks
