Need ADSI headers and libraries

Please refer me to a link where I can download the headers and libraries for ADSI. I'm trying to use the Container object to add multiple users to Active Directory with corresponding folders and permissions set on that folder, which will be located on the hard drive of my Windows 2000 Server. Any help would be appreciated.
