Need adapter for TN2501 VAL Announcement card 1

I need to get the adapter used by TN2501 VAL announcement card ASAP, any information on the product code, price and supplier would be appreciated! It is referenced as IPSI Adapter or IP Media Adapter which is plugged in the back of the TN slot with LAN port.

You must use the black adapter, not the gray one used for IPSIs.

The part number and name on the adapter Susan gave you is for the Black one and is the number you need to order.
