need access to front intranet

I just installed ISA 2006 on a test domain environment. At this time, no one can get out from any server to my local intranet.

I have no security policies setup, minus, dns access to and from dns as well as http.

I know this is a crazy ordeal, but i am wanting this to be off the normal home structured network grid and I would like to gain access not only to my PC, but also to the world wide web.

I will continue working on this, but any and all suggestions would be fabulous. Also, not knowing if this is correct or not, but I am using my Netgear as the DNS Forwarder. Is this OK as well?
