Can anyone help me to find a script that I can use to make changes to an agent set on a Meridian PBX. Our old Meridian Max final quit and we are having a shut down next weekend of a major system. This will mean moving the agent phones into another queue. This was done by Max before. I am trying to minumize the down time for the swap over. If I have to do it manually it will take some time. I will also need to move some IVR ports. If there is someone who has a script that can help then it should work for both.
Also, I was going to create a excel spreadsheet for the prompts that need to be changed. It would be great if the scrit could link to an excel spreadsheet.
I have never done this before and will be new to me, so any help or instruction would be great.
