need a page footer on page 1 of report

Hi,

I am using CR version 10. I need a page footer on page 1 of my report.
I have the following sections:

RH a - Free form placement, keep together
RH b - Free form placement, suppresss , keep together
RH c - Free form placement, suppresss
RH c - Free form placement, suppresss
RH d - Free form placement, suppresss
RH e - Free form placement, suppresss , new page after

PH a - Free form placement,underlay following section
PH b - Free form placement,suppresss - whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag;
flag = true;

PH c - Free form placement,suppresss - whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag;
flag = true;

also using: Underlay following sections

PH d - Free form placement
PH e - Free form placement,suppress, Underlay following sections
PH f - Free form placement,suppress, Underlay following sections

GH 1 - Free form placement,new page after, keep together
Gh 2 - Free form placement,suppress, new page beforer, keep together
GH 3 - Free form placement, keep together, Underlay following sections

Details - whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag := false;

GF 3 - Free form placement, keep together,
GF 2 - Free form placement,suppress, keep together
GF 1 - Free form placement,suppress, keep together

Page Footer - free form placement
Report Footer - Free form placement,suppress, keep together

Formula fields:
@flase:
whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag := false;


@true:
whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag := true;


Fake row for cross tab:
whilereadingrecords;"Row1 Label"

Please advise on how i can get the page footer to show up on page 1 of the report.

In Report Options: i have checked marked "show ALL headers on drill down"

Use Section Expert for the page footer, conditionally suppress,

pagenumber <> 1

What sections show up on page 1? Is it only the report header?

Yes you are right -- only RH shows up on page1.

Report header pages have no page footers, so first create a formula like the following:

whilereadingrecords;
""

Insert a group on it and make it your group #1. Then insert new sections so that you have GH#1a to Gh#1e. Then move your Report Header fields/objects into the corresponding GH#1 sections and suppress the report header. You will now have a page footer.

Is it possible to do the following? :

In "Report Options" i check "Show All Headers on Drill Down"
and then use DrillDownGroupLevel to control other sections of the report.

I don't see how that addresses the issue of needing a page footer on page 1, if page 1 ONLY has report header sections.
