Need a good reference book

The blue MCSE/MCSA Microsoft Press book called "Implementing and Managing Exchange Server 2003" Self paced training kit by Will Willis and Iam McLean is excellent.
Don't expect a lot of laughs though! Comes with a 120 day eval of Exchange too in case anyone else wants to experiment.
Somewhat dry / tedious in places, it does cover a great deal of ground at a good pace.
