Need a good internet traffic sniffer !!

Hello,

I'm looking for a good internet traffic sniffer so i will be able to see what kind of files or the size of the files are who being downloaded via our proxy server. For example: (big) movies, mp3's or live radio (.ra).
Does anybody know a good one ?

what operating system are you using that will be the first step...cause i could suggest open source packages that might not be compatible

I'm using Win2000 Prof (clients) and Win2000 Adv. Server.

in this case, i would go for Sniffer Pro. this is a snifer for the Windows platform...
