In particular I am looking for a book that would show how to create menus with CSS.

No, it doesn't have to be a book, and thanks...

My favorite ones are "Eric Meyer on CSS" and "More Eric Meyer on CSS", but there are several other good ones out there.

Although I like Eric's books I've never found a book about CSS that I really found indespensible.

I'd look for stuff online as Vrag says.
Then spend the money you'd save on books by Jeffrey Zeldman and Dan Cederholm. I found those much more useful than Eric's books.

I like Dab Cederholm too - the book I have by him is Bulletproof Web Design. And I also found CSS Mastery by Andy Budd to be helpful.

Thanks again everyone for your generosity. I just got this book CSS Anthology by Site Point. If anyone has read this book, how do you think it stacks up against the rest?
