Hello,

I have a formula which is
@customersite {opencall1.cust_name} +" "& {opencall1.site}

However I want to right align the {opencall1.site}

I have to put this into a crosstab so I can't do this in 2 fields and have to use a formula.

Is this possible either using something in the formula or with spacing?

Thanks,
Annette

Annette,

I do not have Crystal in front of me, so I apologize if this idea doesn't work. I am wondering if you can "work around" the issue with the structure of your Cross-tab.

If your rows were defined as:
Row-Level 1: {opencall1.cust_name} &" "& {opencall1.site} [blue]*suppressed* (if able)[/blue]
Row-Level 2: {opencall1.cust_name} [blue]*Left-Align*[/blue]
Row-Level 3: {opencall1.site} [blue]*Right-Align*[/blue]

I think then using suppression on sub-total rows and the left-most column (if able) you can get the results you seek. If it s bit crude and perhaps another member has a cleaner solution (assuming the above works, of course). [smile]

Hope this helps!

It worked, Thank you. I had to suppress subtotals too in the format crosstab but that worked.

Thank you very much
