Need a format to return the alpha month from Now()

I need to return the alpha month abbrev.(Oct) from the Now() function. It needs to be the default for a text box in a form (text field in table).
Thanks!

Try Format(Now(),"mmm dd yyyy")
That will return Oct 14 2002

Hope that's what you want.
