Need a driver for Rockwell modem t

Need a driver for Rockwell modem that came with sound card installed in NEC rEADY 9012 PC on Dec 9 1995 Ran Win 95 Now uograded to WIN 98 the modem then does not work as probably the driver was deleted The speed of the modem was 33.6 or so( 28.8?) 56k modem were then just coming in.
how can I get hold of a driver that works

It's either a Riptide, or Chameleon (modem and sound on one card).
You can get drivers for it (them) at Acer, HP, IBM, and PB websites, as well as NEC.
The win95 driver usually works.
