Need a dependable VoIP carrier

Hey guys,

I need a dependable VoIP service provider. We currently use XO Flex service, but it is so undependable. We have installed over 25 of these circuits’ across the country. We have been doing this project for almost a year now and they still don’t have it right. I could go on and on but it only aggravates me. We use Sprint for our MPLS so we don’t want to put all our eggs in one basket. i just read about the Verizon "Best" solution. Anyone using it, what do you think about it. Anyway, need a dependable carrier. Can anyone recommend one?

We have used several different companies and would rate nexvortex.com the best overall and VOIP Innovations second. Nexvortex has been reliable and has the best Web portal that I know of.

We do a lot of Paetec SIp and it has been pretty good so far.
