Need a CCC expert reports don't make sence

I have an IPO with CCC where they us the CCC reporting and wallboard. System is 1.4 with CCC V3.

The PC wallboard is set up with variable: Group Calls Answered External

We also run a report on the DDI coming into the same group the report is DDI summery all calls.

There is only one DDI going to this group.

We are finding that the DDI summery report will show calls received (Answered) to be a 10th the number of calls showing on the wall board. The wall board is correct.

If you then reprogram the DDI to goto an extension instead of a group the report now works OK.

Has any one had experience with this is it a problem or intended operation?

 
What version of Delta server are you running there is now a 1.4(20) delta server. Let me know if you need it. 1.4(18) will soon be released as well, which has many bug fixes for 1.4(16) CCC apps
 
Yes we upgraded the CCC to version 4 and with that the Delta server and after that all the stats came into line.

Make sure your version of DELTA server is 4.0.20 or you have issues with calls in queue, via CCV and Wallboard.
If you no not have this I can email it to you

The Fault
EG: displaying calls that are in queue when there are not, the standard version of Delstaserver on the 1.4 GA CCC cd has this issue and the version is 4.0.16
