Ok, this may seem like strange question - disregarding my vendors advise I reviewed the specifications to CA Supervisor and I don't think it fits the bill for my client. Does anyone have any additional advise on the topic?
Here's why my client requires:
ability to barge / join & takeover on an existing call
ability to record an existing call between an extension and CO caller - we can not use a complete office record solution as they are using a PRI interface so analogue recording of 16 channels is out of the picture.
We've already upgraded their TVM50 to a full 8h of voice-mail storage.
Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated.
