Need 3rd Party Recording application

All,

I need a third party call recording application/device because my client is continually hitting the 30 port voicemail pro ceiling. So I need a solution that does not use voicemail ports but can record calls made to digital phones. These would be inbound only.

The Radio Shack and individual USB recorders are single set only and won't meet the client's requirements. Has anyone used a product that they can recommend?

Look for call recorders attached directly on the trunks.

I'd recommend Audiolog, from Mercom now part of the verint group.

Not cheap, but tbh if you are looking for 30+ channels of recording, you will have some $$$ to spend...
