Need 1xxx extensions in Nortel Opt 81c 2

I have an option 81 switch with 1 as the SPRE code and need to open up 1xxx as extensions in the switch, but it's been too long since I've done any real programming and am looking for some assistance in this matter.

Is there an easy way of doing this without having to tear down everything and rework NARS/BARS?!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change the SPRE to a different number and your 1xxx block is free.

That is correct and it's best to have an entry present in it, even if it is a 4 digit number!.
