NECSL2100 Connect with BPT IP Door entry using SIP Trunks to connect

Morning Guys and Girls

Has anyone connected a BPT IP door entry using SIP trunks to connect to an NECSL2100?

The BPT Mini server is on site and has a local ip address, I had the BPT working but it then stopped working later on that day.

If anyone has had any dealings with this, any help would be greatly appreciate.
