NECSL1100 - On No Answer forward to outside trunk & number

Hi,

I was wondering if possible on a no answer or even just paging an extension an outside number can be called.

I have read that it seems to be but not sure how.

I use DDI routing, IRG Transfer so when no answer after 20 seconds on the main trunk this then calls a group inc extension 21 where I have the ISDN USB modem plugged & takes over.
I would like in some case to ring an outside number, either a mobile or perhaps another landline instead.

In this case IRG transfer seems to be only to groups &/or extension numbers & as far as I can tell, not phone numbers.

To be honest I don't quite understand the virtual numbers so not sure if that is something that would help.
