NEC2100 Voiceflex SIP Line Dropping

Hi Guys and Girls

Very new to NEC, been installing Panasonic for 20 years.

I'm messing about with our promo NEC2100 kit, i've got the voiceflex sips to work incoming/outgoing but the are unregistering after a short time.

I'm scratching my head, i'm installing 2100 on wednesday with sips and i'm struggling to be honest.

Probably UDP timeout on your router is dropping the connection. You need to adjust settings one way or the other. Make sure SIP ALG is off.

SIP ALG is off. and i've checked the UDP timer on the draytek.

Dont suppose you have a cheat sheet for setting up SIP trunks on an SL2100? so i can check if ive missed something.

Waiting for a course to come up, currently only offering 9100 course.

Set the timer high. Whitesheets should be avail on ntac or necanytime.
 
Do the 9100 course, the programming is pretty much the same. It will give you something to work with till the 2100 course becomes available.
 
84-35-39 I think. Change that from 0 to 1. Should be sip customisation message. Are you using authentication method or username and password? I use voiceflex on the sl2100 and don't have any issues.
