NEC XN120: route inbound calls with No CID

Hello,

The requirement is for inbound calls with CallerID to be routed to a set of extensions, whereas calls with no CallerID to be routed to a different set of extensions.

We have tried by creating different Abbreviated Dial Numbers & Names PRG (13-04) which works fine when CallerID is present, but it does not route calls when no CallerID is present.

Is it possible that is not the correct program?
Any ideas on which PRG to use?
