NEC VMS REMOTE CONNECTION.

I have an Elite 48 i'm trying to install an external modem for the VMS.When the modem answers(using co-sessions)it says "no reply from host".Ive changed baud rate,cables....etc.I also have switch 3 on in the Bios options.What am i missing?It seems like the VMS is not polling or handshaking.

check your co-sessions setup

look in your phone book

click setup for remote viewer

in the login name box: support

in the login password: voice
