Can someone tell me the difference in the NEC VMS(4)-u30 and the VMS(4)-U10. We have an NEC system with a VMS(4)-U30 card that suddenyl stopped answering the voice mail ports - it shows that all 4 lines are in use and when voice mail is called it just rings and rings. I have tried resetting the cards and power cycling the system. If you have a fix please share - but I was also looking at just buying a new card becuase that seems to be the fix in most situations - but I don't know which I should get Product number 750510 (U10) or Product # 750513 (u30) - will either work?
