NEC Virtual Wallboard SV8300

We have a problem and I am hoping that someone may be able to help us. We have a SV8300 customer whom we are trying to setup with the virtual wallboard. We ordered a UCE DVD set. We have been told that we need a “virtual wallboard installation CD for CCWX”. We are very very very confused on how to get this CD. Is it part of that DVD set? Is it something we have to order separately? If it is part of the DVD set, any idea where that info can be found?

We have been working with this client for a while now to get this wall board working. We understand this isn’t a product that is used regularly so it has been like pulling teeth to find any documentation. Any help anyone can give or get would be VERY MUCH appreciated

The virtual wallboard information is in the MIS Administration manual section 4 page 23. It only displays on the PC that has the MIS software loaded. I do not believe there is a program to install. I am sure it gets loaded with the MIS software as a package.
The Global Navigator has a virtual wallboard option. It is licensed and has a separate disk that comes with the GNAV software package.
