provided you know the ext that owns the transaction box and have access to it - like the passcode, AND provided you have some auto attendant answering incoming calls then,
call in and when the auto attendant answers, hit 9xxx (xxx is the ext number of the mailbox) and the passcode if required. Once you are in the mailbox, choose the option to leave a message and then you can enter the transaction mailbox number. Now you will be able to re-record or record the message.
