Has anyone experienced the DTMF tone generated by the * being recorded in subscriber mailbox name and greeting? Here is the scenario: User dials vm pilot to initilize mailbox, user records greeting and then presses * to end as instructed by the voicemail. When the greeting is played back the beep generated by the * is heard. If the user does not press * and lets the silent monitor timer expire there is no beep. This not the live record beep or the system beep after the greeting. They system beep plays "please leave your message after the tone" beep. This integration is through IPProtims. AVST tech support says it could be the inband/out of band signaling on the IPPAD card. My pad card doesnot have that option.

Changed the card to IPPAD-A , works like a champ
