Some calls go out over our local and some dont. we have a ipx 2400 and I need help with the command to check the trunks to see if we are under trunked.
ATRF will allow you to set traffic reports 5 is for peg count on trunk groups run it for the entire day and if yuo see blocks yuo may want to check the call ruting to see if there is an overflow trunk route behind the blocked route.
Check RLST and check each route and trunk to see if any are connected to each other , If you are using trunk to trunk transfer you may see trunks not disconnecting after calls hang up.
If these are t-1s yuor carrier may provide reports on usage and they could go back 30 days
If you have Call accounting run some reports check for long duration calls , make sure you are not getting hacked
I have a few customers that where getting hacked from overseas callers that where hacking other systems in the US and final hitting thier system even though they have no incoming overseas numbers.
