G'day Guy's,
I have an NEC TOPAZ with 3 analogue trunk ports. We then had to install an analogue telephone adapter in between the customers computer network & the TOPAZ. The calling line identification was working before the ATA device was added but not after it was installed.
The ATA is a Grandstream HT814 I have changed the ring cadence to 300on/300off 300on /2100off as well as made the CLI method FSK prior to ringing with DTAS. The ITSP is SIPcity & if I ring from a SIPcity line the caller ID shows up on the screen but if I use TPG, Telstra, Optus landline or mobile the display shows NO CALLER INFO.
Has anyone come across this issue & how did they overcome the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
