Can anyone steer me in the right direction

I have just got a few extra lines and wish to forward calls after a caller makes their selection at the VRS message. Eg presses1 or 2 if the extension is busy can I forward them to a hold group or pool that I can answer after I finish the current call.

Is there a better way of doing it?

What part of the manual other than the VRS section do I need to start at?

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated
