Have an analogue phone on a NEC SV9500 PABX, it can make calls OK but when you ring it from a Dterm you get busy tone and on the display shows 'REST' as though restricted from receiving calls.
My background is key, small PABX systems so I haven't done anything on NEC large ones.
Thinking DND but I don't know the codes, help?

Try doing a DCON for that station. It may show the status. As for the codes, you need to contact your installer/dealer for a list out of the feature codes. I do not think the RLST command will clear it but it never hurts to try.

Check Call forwarding for phone, command ACFS , see this every once in a while especially if the Call Forward code starts with #, possibly phone is forwarded to a non-existent number.
