NEC SV9300 Guest Name Display on IP phone Failure

Dear Colleagues,,
I write seeking your assistance regarding and SV9300 hotel system failing to display the guest names on the either digital phone for the operator IP phone for the operators.
The funny part is that the guest names displays on the Business Connect. Admin extensions also display caller names.
Any suggestions on how i can resolve this issue as it once worked before.
Please note that there is Tiger TMS middleware between the Opera and PABX.
