NEC SV9100 VOIP Call Quality issues

Hi,


We have a NEC SV9100 VOIP with sip trunks and cable internet (50D/10U) Watchguard firewall with QOS enabled about 35 phones ITZ-12d-3, there is no PC traffic on this network and its used only for VOIP

Cisco 3750x 2 of them one is connected to the NEC SV9100 with 15 phones and other has CAT6 run about 175ft to another Cisco3750x we are having intermittent call quality issues on multiple phones.

SIP provider says they see dropped packets any help would be appreciated
