By ring duration do you mean call forward no answer timer? If so, it follows the system timer in 24-02-03, however you can place the virtual in a different timer group with a different timer, see 20-29 and 20-31.
Thanks belevedere, for the virtual extension, we have it going to 4 extensions as a ring group. It rings 4 times and then goes to voicemail. Using InMail. We want it to ring about 5 to 7 times so we have a better chance to pickup the call. I know we all hate to leave voicemail messages and then having to wait for someone to call us back.
