Hello All

if i packet capture using Port triggering i am received RTP Packet and Flow sequence But i using inbuilt Packet capture In SV9100 System i Not receive RTP Packet and Flow sequence.

i want RTP Packet and Flow sequence using inbuilt Packet capture feature.
if any have Idea Please Suggest .

You should always get this, the built in packet capture is normally opened using wire shark and that allows you to view the telephony streams and the RTP streams!
 
Agreed, there is no RTP in that file. did any conversation take place? Have you got a valid IP address in 84-26?
 
In built packet capture only does signalling. It won’t do rtp.
Limitation of the inbuilt capture tool.
 
The PBX doesn't have enough storage to store the RTP, so if you need the RTP, you need to do a full port monitoring with a separate machine.
 
Fodrod is right, the SL2100 is that way also, RTP is not provided on Incapture.
