Have a SV9100 with a GCD-CP10 processor. I can connect with WEBPro no problem but need to use PCPro for upgrade to a CP20. When I try to use PCPro I get an error:

"Can't connect because it does not support encryption"

I'm using version 10 of PCPro for a CP10. Any help would be appreciated.

You're PCPro is an older version than your CPU. CP10 doesn't mean v10 of PCPro. It means you have to use the CP10 Version of PCPro but you need the version number to be the same as your current firmware or later. Most likely your CPU is on v11 or 12, so you'll need the latest PCPro

Just downloaded the latest version from NEC. 10.50.50 for cp10. When i use WEBPro the software level says A12.10.50. Should I be using a downlevel version of PCPro?

I'm on necntac.com and that version is not listed for the SV9100. The latest version on the site is v11.00.50. Do you think that version will work. If not, where can I find the latest version? If you know.

You can only get it if you have a customer with a CP10 under swa.
