Hello Fellow Tek-Tips Techs,
I was wondering if anyone here has a quick guide on how to go about setting up a user with the MLC (Multiline Client) app. Specifically on the SV9100 side. I'm a current NEC SV8100/SV9100 Cert'd tech but for the life of me cannot seem to find a guide on NEC NTAC's site. I found a couple guides on how to install and setup on the end users smart phone but nothing on the SV9100 side of things.

Thanks,

Hi belevedere,
Thanks for the reply! I've seen the Feature and Specs manual and even though it doesn't walk you through a step by step process, it looks very similar in setting up a physical IP phone. My question would then be after setting it up, in the app it looks like under activation it is asking for a "Site Tag/Hardware Key Code". I'm familiar with the Hardware Key Code, but am curious as to the site tag. is it wanting both? if so, how is it entered?

Thanks,
-iron

The MLC licenses are retained in NEC's portal. Unfortunately they cannot be re-assigned without a dealer submitted form. In any case, there needs to be a MLC license in the portal. I attached a MLC user guide. See chapter 7 for details. Note p 7-4 in the note at the bottom.
