NEC SV9100 MOH 10-21 help

Hello,

I am trying to change our MOH from Aux 2 to aux 1 port. but when i go to 10-21-01 i only have the following options:
AUX2 - EXT MOH, AUX 1 EXT SPEAKER
AUX2 - BGM SOURCE, AUX1 - EXT SPEAKER
AUX2 - EXT MOH, AUX1 BGM SOURCE

No options to make Aux 1 EXT MOH.

Any thoughts?

Is there any particular reason for this?

AFAIK, MOH is only supported on AUX2 or via a PGD unit.

Change to Background Music Source then change the truck source to that

Shaun: yes, i think the AUX2 port is fauly. when i fully plug in the cable it has static. if i back out the jack halfway there is no static. but because it is using only 1 channel i lose anything on the other channel like vocals. i tried getting a stereo to mono adapter but have the same issue and i cant back out the adapter because i lose everything.

14-08. All MOH for phones systems is mono. Going stereo to mono is an option but not correct. Better to purchase a MOH device and it will be properly balanced. If you have a VRS license you can upload music to the system and have it play as well.
