Hello,
I've been working on an issue one of my customers has been facing for about 4 months now. They have a NEC SV9100 which was installed back in 2016 and an Inmail for the voicemail. They've come to me with latency related problems when accessing the Inmail;
- when listening to voicemail messages, once they select "Play" the message plays but not at the beginning. It will start a few seconds in which seems like the beginning of the message was cut off. So they will miss the first part of the message.
- the system is busy when they are trying to access their voicemail - They get a system response stating the service is Unavailable
- The Inmail screen freezes when accessed, the softkeys take 5-10 seconds to register when pressed
- There is a delay when pressing the VM softkey
Most recent issue - They tried to record a Routing Mailbox greeting and after recording and playing back, it only picked up the last part of the recording. The recording started right away, but half way through what they had recorded.
What I've done so far to troubleshoot is upgrade the system to 8.0 and I've replaced the SD-B1 $G Inmail card. Even after replacing the card the issues continued. NEC Tech support suggested these troubleshooting attempts.
I noticed that there is now a new firmware 9.0.50 that I can try as I read some field complaints relating to my issues. But I wanted to see if anyone here has come across anything like this or would have some suggestions.
