Hi guys
I am prebuilding an NEC SV9100 in my office at the moment.
Doing the course tomorrow so might get some answers from that....
1st Problem I have is connecting more than 1 DT900 handset, I have 21 licenses however the 2nd and 3rd handset I've tried to connect are giving me a "Full Port" error, any assistance here?
2nd Problem, definitely more complex...I have 2x SIP Trunk accounts with Gamma - I want to send 1 SIP Trunk account over one broadband with a Draytek 2865 firewall connected and send the 2nd SIP Trunk account over a second broadband account with a second Draytek 2865 firewall.
I have the 1st Trunk working fine, however the 2nd trunk is not allowing me to call out and when I call in I get busy from the caller end however the NEC rings.
Has anyone achieved this before? NEC have told me it is possible, but for some reason my 2nd SIP profile does not work, I've tried moving the accounts around etc and ports but the issue follows SIP Profile 2.
Any assistance would be great, I am very new to the system,
Thanks
